"Simply Amazing! The apartment is almost brand new with all amenities. 2 double beds and 1 Sofa bed were comfortable. Very good location with supermarket right across the street. Building has a lift to access upper floor. Overall property is recommended if you can afford to pay hefty deposit."

"1) Had to pay 800 Euro as deposit for 1 night stay. (refunded in full within 1 week) I vaguely remember during the booking that property may ask 300 Euro as a deposit but certainly it was not 800. 2) Bureaucratic procedure involved after booking. I was sent a link to fill questionnaire to get access information. Initially I received messages in Arabic language. I requested English and they confirmed communication will be english. I was given details of apartment # 401 but some time during the day (before check in) they sent a message/email again changing the apartment from 401 to 201. I missed that message due to (1) message was sent in Arabic again which I don't understand. (2) I was travelling from Chamonix to Paris so did not read it. Upon arrival (after 8+ hours travel with 3 kids) at 11:30 PM, I opened the mailbox of 401 to get the key and there was nothing. Called their helpline (international roaming call for several mins) I was informed that apartment was changed and new instructions were sent by message."

"It's a safe neighborhood in Paris. Access to the apartment and safebox system is very easy. The house is simple and decorated with quality furnishings. The shower and rooms were very comfortable. There is no air conditioning but it was not needed even on a hot summer day. Close to grocery stores. ."

"There is no free parking lot for those coming by car. The cost of parking on the street in front of it is 4euro per hour. There is also a closed parking lot opposite. Roadside parking is free after 7pm and on weekends. The room was different from the pictures but not bad"

"Apartment is practically new! Everything is clean and well maintained. Although we did not use all available equipment, it is good to know that there are 2 smart-TV (living-room and one bedroom), washing machine, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine,.... Neighbourhood is nice and safe."

"Some minor things to improve as advice to the owner(s)> It would be useful to have a coat hanger at the entrance to leave jackets. Same goes for the bathroom - it would be nice to have a hanger for the towel next to the shower door to be able to reach it when exiting the shower. There is no soap holder/dispenser in the toilet."

"Great find. The place is brand new and had everything you need: full kitchen, washing machine, WiFi. The neighbourhood is excellent: it felt very safe, clean, with plenty of services (check out the Epi restaurant on the corner, they were SO nice) and nice playgrounds for small kids. This was worth being a bit far from the city center (at least 50 mins by public transport). The metro is a short walk away. There are bus lines also connecting to the center of Paris but there was always some kind of disruption so the car was our preferred choice."

"Communication with the property management could be improved. A welcome sheet with basic information and tips would have been appreciated. The codes to the key appartments are provided by email but that's it. Also, parking is NOT included. This was not completely clear when we made the reservation. There is a private parking in the same street. They have a 3-day rate that was reasonable. Parking on the street is "payant" so check the ticket machine for hours and rates."
